The basic and essential Hajj rituals

Hajj is one of the basic pillars of Islam and it is the most inspiring deed or best kind of worship to submit your humility to Allah. Here are basic rituals of Hajj:
Enter in the sacred state (Ihram)
The very first ritual is to say intention and entering the state of Ihram. It is a holy state which is necessary to say before crossing the outer boundaries of the Makkah, Miqat. Pilgrims enter the state of Ihram, on the 8th of Dhul-Hijah, which require wearing simple clothes with certain rules. Pilgrims are prohibited to do any sin or engage any sexual activity and they advised to refrain from cutting nails, covering the head (for men) and wearing socks and shoes. 
Departure to Mina
On the first day of Hajj, Muslims set their way to the tent city that is called the day of Tarwiah. This is almost 8 kilometers away from Mecca and pilgrims stay in Mina until the dawn, but they spent most of their time in worship. Then they depart for Arafat and pilgrims again trip to Mina on the 3rd day of Hajj and perform the emblematic stoning to the Shatan that is the 6th rite of Hajj.
Head to Arafat
After camping in the Mina, pilgrims stay in the mount of Arafat. The most important day in Islamic history and the mount of Arafat is the holy place where the last messenger of Allah the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) summoned his last address. They spent their most of the day in prayers and remembering of the Allah. 
Tawaf
The pilgrim must make Tawaf that is called to make 7 circles around the Kaaba which is the most vital part of the Pilgrimage. Muslims prefer to complete 7 circles around the Kaaba form starting, during and the end of the Hajj. The routes are done in a counter-clock way that is the high state of the unity between Muslims in worshiping One Allah. The pilgrims revolve by the al-Hajar al-Aswad or the black stone at the corner of the Kaaba.  
The mount of Safa or Marwa (Sa’ey) 
Walking backward and forward between the two holy mounts Safa and Marwa and cross the distance between the hills is called Sa’ey. It denotes as in Arabic to walk or move rapidly. The pilgrims remember the journey of the Prophet Ibrahim’s Wife, who was crazily searching the water for her son, after when Ibrahim (AS) left them at Allah’s command. 
Muzdalifah and Ramy al-Jamrat
At Muzdalifah pilgrims collects pebbles for stoning the devil. After the Maghrib and Isha prayers, they throw pebbles on the devil at Jamarat. It is the 3rd day of Hajj and Eidul-Adha celebrated by the all pilgrims by slaughtering animals.
